Preliminary presentation of identified solution together with a plan for successfull implementation in your Organisation
After presenting the plan we will together define a schedule and scope of follow-up steps.
The second stage is a realisation of a developed plan using a two-step method. The first step is drafting of necessary documents. The second step is implementation of related changes in the company. Before finishing the implementation of a change an audit is carried out. The positive result of this audit allows us to call the implementation „Successfull”.
